Terms and conditions

INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our online gaming platform (the "Platform") operated by Santeda International B.V., a company licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under license number OGL/2024/1798/1048.
DEFINITIONS AND CONSTRUCTION
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:
(a) "Player" means any individual who accesses or uses our Platform;

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using our Platform, Player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
GAMBLING AGE AND RESPONSIBLE GAMING
Player must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction to use our Platform. We encourage responsible gaming practices, including limiting deposits, setting cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Our Platform may include tools to assist with these features.
LICENSE TO USE PLATFORM
Subject to Player's compliance with these Terms, we grant a non-exclusive license for the Player to access and use our Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Player is responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including name, address, and payment details. Player must notify us of any changes to their account information promptly.
PAYMENT TERMS AND WITHDRAWALS
We accept a variety of payment methods on our Platform, subject to change at our discretion. Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the processing times indicated for each payment method used by Player. A minimum withdrawal threshold may apply.
GAME RULES AND FAIR PLAY
Games offered on our Platform are governed by rules published elsewhere on the site or as otherwise provided by the game's software provider (the "Rules"). All games and their outcomes depend on chance, randomness, or other external factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify Rules at any time.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY

PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments processed through our Platform will be made in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. We may deduct fees from payments if such deduction is necessary for processing or other legitimate purposes.
WITHDRAWAL AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICIES
Player agrees that we shall determine whether disputes between Player and us are resolved fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. In the event of any dispute regarding payments, credits, winnings, or game outcomes, our decisions will be final and binding on both parties.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We own all intellectual property rights in and to the Platform's content, including games, images, video footage, software code, and other materials. Player agrees not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our Platform without prior written permission from us.
LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS
In no event will we be liable for (a) consequential damages; (b) lost profits; (c) loss of revenue; or (d) other incidental damages arising out of Player's use of the Platform. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding our Platform, including without limitation:
(a) merchantability;
(b) fitness for a particular purpose.
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
Our aggregate liability to Player under these Terms will be limited to the amounts received by us from Player in connection with the relevant game(s).
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising out of or related to our Platform will be resolved exclusively through arbitration as set forth elsewhere on this site.
CHANGE TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right, at any time, to change these Terms by posting notice thereof within the Platform. Changes will become effective immediately upon publication and apply to all subsequent use by Player.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT
Player may cancel their account at any time, but such cancellation does not affect accrued obligations or other terms of this Agreement that survive termination.
DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the complete agreement between us. Any amendments or modifications must be in writing signed by an authorized representative.
LANGUAGE AND CONSTRUCTION
The parties agree that these Terms are written and executed only in English, which language will govern any disputes arising out of this Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
By accessing our Platform, Player acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right, without limitation or prior notice, to modify our games, services, terms and conditions at any time.
